Our monthly Headshots Orange County event gives professionals access to studio-quality headshots without the cost of booking a private studio session. Once a month, we host a dedicated Headshot Day in Costa Mesa, California, with only 10 sessions available per event.Each 45-minute session includes one professional backdrop and up to two outfits, giving you different looks for LinkedIn, company websites, social media, business profiles, casting, or personal branding You’ll receive 2 professionally edited, high-resolution images of your choice, carefully retouched and ready for professional and online use.

From polished business headshots to relaxed, casual portraits, we tailor each session to the look and personality you want to capture. We also photograph children and young performers for acting, casting, school, and personal profiles. Whatever the purpose, the goal is a natural, professional image that still looks like you.
Maximum Quality for Minimum Pricing
Professional studio headshots typically require booking a photographer and studio specifically for one client. Headshot Day works differently. By scheduling up to 10 individual sessions at the same professional studio on one dedicated day, we can divide the studio and setup costs across multiple clients. You receive the same professional equipment, lighting, photography, and individual attention while paying significantly less than you would for a separately scheduled private studio session.
When is the next available Headshot Day
Since September is already booked out, our next Headshot Day will be on December 5th. Early reservations highly recommended due to high demand particularly in the $99 early registration window.

After selecting your desired shooting time, payment is required to reserve your spot no longer than 24h after your reservation.
Full refund is given for cancellations at least 10 days prior to the shooting.

Yes. If you cannot attend our monthly Headshot Day or prefer a dedicated private session, individual appointments can be arranged at a different rate. We also offer on-location photography for companies and teams throughout Orange County.
